Booking window
Premier is booking through June 2027, and July 1 – December 31, 2027 dates open tonight (Tuesday, Sept 29) at 7 PM CT. Signature and Intimate are booking through June 2027; later dates open soon. Text us to hear first.
What sets your price
Your experience, the day of the week, and your start time. Dates on or near holidays may be priced higher.
Ceremony times
10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM year-round, plus 6 PM: Signature year-round and Premier from mid-March through early November, while clocks are on daylight saving time. From November 7, 2027: 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM.
Paying for your date
You pay in full when you book, with free cancellation for 72 hours.
Guests
Intimate welcomes up to 6, Signature up to 50. Premier includes 50 and welcomes up to 70 at $20 per extra guest, confirmed two weeks before. No tax or booking fee on extra guests. How guest count works
Tax & fees
Sales tax (8.25%) applies to add-ons only. Our booking partner, FareHarbor, adds a 6% booking fee at checkout.
Refundable hold
The week of your event we place a refundable hold on your card: $500 for Premier, $200 for Signature and Intimate. It's released about a week after your event.
Adding extras later
Every add-on can be added after you book, right from your couples portal. Extend Your Celebration is only for the 4 PM Premier ceremony (3 PM starting November 7, 2027), and it's added from your couples portal after you book, not at checkout.
Food & drinks
Premier couples can bring a cake for everyone. Any other food needs a Grazing Table Setup (cold or room temperature only), and beer or wine needs Sip & Celebrate, poured by our TABC-certified server. Sparklers need our Sparkler Send-Off.
