Planning Ahead

Changing or cancelling your date

The short answer

You can reschedule once, free, if your original date is more than 6 months out and the new date is within a year. Cancellations are fully refundable for 72 hours after booking; after that, all sales are final.

Plans shift — here's exactly how changes work, no surprises.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your date one time, as long as:

  • Your original wedding date is more than 6 months away when you ask, and
  • Your new date falls within 1 year of the original.

There's no rescheduling fee. If your new date carries a higher price, you pay just the difference. If you've paid a per-guest fee (Premier bookings over 50 guests), it carries to the new date automatically.

To start a reschedule, text us at (830) 402-5690 with your booking name and the new date you have in mind.

Cancelling

  • Within 72 hours of booking: full refund, no questions.
  • After 72 hours: all sales are final — no refunds for any reason, including changes in plans or personal circumstances. (A paid per-guest fee is the one exception: it's refunded in full if you cancel.)
  • No-shows forfeit the booking entirely, with no refund or reschedule.
