Arrival & Day Of

Getting-ready rooms

The short answer

Signature and Premier experiences include the getting-ready rooms from the minute your window opens. Arrive camera-ready and use them for final touches — they stay yours all window.

The most-asked question we get, answered properly.

Who has them, and when

Signature and Premier experiences include our getting-ready rooms, and they're yours from the moment your window opens — walk in at minute one and settle in. They stay yours for the whole window: keep your bags, garment bags, and touch-up kit there through the ceremony and photos.

The Intimate experience doesn't include the rooms — arrive ceremony-ready and walk straight into your moment.

How to plan the time

Here's the honest math: a Signature window is 90 minutes, and your ceremony starts at least 30 minutes in — so the rooms give you a final-touches chapter, not a full hair-and-makeup morning. The couples who feel relaxed do it this way:

  • Hair and makeup happen before you arrive — at home, the hotel, or your rental. Arrive done.
  • The rooms are for the last mile: dress on, tie straightened, jewelry, a breath, a moment with your people before the aisle.

Premier couples get the unhurried version — a 3.5-hour window leaves real time to settle in, finish touches, and have a quiet moment (or first look) before guests arrive. The rooms can be used for hair and makeup, too: most Premier couples still arrive done, but if you bring a hair and makeup artist, they're welcome — they follow your window like any vendor, arriving no earlier than it opens.
