The sendoff
A sendoff is the exclamation point on the day: guests line the path outside, you two run the gauntlet of cheers, and the cameras eat it up. You'll choose your sendoff time in the Pre-Wedding Questionnaire — anywhere from 60 to 10 minutes before your window closes. Leaving 15–20 minutes after it for goodbyes and stragglers is the move.
Planning to toss or wave something as you go — petals, bubbles, ribbon wands? Text us your idea first at (830) 402-5690 and we'll confirm it works at the chapel.
Sparklers are only through our Sparkler Send-Off add-on (Premier): we supply them and our team lights them. Outside sparklers aren't allowed.
Wrapping up
Your whole celebration — ceremony, photos, sendoff, grounds — lives inside your window, and the chapel turns back into a blank canvas when it closes:
- Everything you brought goes home with you: decor, cake stands, champagne empties, vow books, the flower girl's basket. Assign a wrap-up person (music person often doubles nicely) and bring the boxes things came in.
- Photos end when the window ends — including on the grounds. If photos matter most to your day, build your timeline around them: see sample timelines.
- Running late on the way out risks the damage hold — an on-time exit keeps your hold untouched and everyone happy.
Then: dinner, dancing, or a quiet drive through the Hill Country — our Reception Ideas has the shortlist.
